When you use That’s Vogue Services, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All new or first-time customers who register their email on this website & like us on facebook page, will automatically receive 5% off their first order. Should they also refer a friend to subscribe to website , “Like” our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/yesthatsvogue/ and make a purchase, will also receive an additional 5% off their next order.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
As a That’s Vogue customer, you will be able to purchase items including, but not limited to, shoes, handbags, apparel and other fashion items at exclusive discounted prices.
Prices, descriptions and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors may be corrected when discovered and That’s Vogue reserves the right to revoke any stated offer in order to correct any errors or inaccuracies. Although That’s Vogue has made every effort to display the products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products depend upon the monitor of the user and That’s Vogue cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change.
PAYMENT
We reserve the right to change That's Vogue prices (if unavoidable), fees or the number of Member Credits required to purchase items. Your continued use of That's Vogue Services after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

Your bill will be generated with account number for payment. For ease of reference, this can be printed to take to the bank as it details First Citizens Bank Account number 2482450. Once you make your 50% or more payment, email or whatsapp a copy of the receipt and we will place your verified order, on either the 1st day in the month or the 14 day of that month (this depends on your date of purchase).
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
For Credit Card payments, select the product(s), add item to your shopping cart and checkout using Pay Pal.
NOTE: ORDERS WILL BE PLACED ON THE 1ST AND 14TH OF EVERY MONTH - e.g orders verified by January 8, 2018, will not be placed to our suppliers until the January 14 or orders placed on January 16 will not be placed until the February 1st. By doing this we can all benefit from reduced shipping charges.
At this time we do not have stock items as our products are continually changing. Our main suppliers are from the United Kingdom, Australia, United States of America and from China. As a result, estimate delivery time are anywhere within 14 -30 days. That’s Vogue will send you pop-up emails as we track your package(s) and as your shipment arrives in Trinidad and Tobago, we will send it to you through the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Courier Service (TT Post). All off line/manual outstanding payment has to be made to FCB before TT Post delivers.

Yes That's Vogue Electronic Gift cards ("YTV Gift Cards") are valid up to twelve (12) months from anniversary of issuance. All YTV Gift Cards can be used by you to purchase any merchandise of your choice. You can use your electronic Gift Card whenever you like or you can give it to your family, friends or anyone who loves to shop! There are no fees and you can apply your Gift Card balance to one or more purchases! Follow the steps to make any Gift Card purchase: -

We will email you the YTV 10 digit Gift Card Code.

Off-line payments can be made to our First Citizen's Account or via check-out for credit card payments.

To redeem, email us the 10 digit code and your order will be shipped right to your door at no extra cost.
Gift card purchases must be paid in full.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
For Trinidad and Tobago returns:
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may send it back. That's Vogue will cover the shipping cost to our foreign suppliers, however you will be required to pay the local courier fee of 30.00 (see below). All items must be returned within 30 days from shipment in new, unused condition, with no signs of use or wear. All returns must include the item(s) free international return label and the packing slip. If any of these items are missing, processing time will be severely delayed.
We recommend trying on both shoes on a carpeted surface to prevent any scuffs or scratches in the event you decide to return or exchange them. Handbags, jewelry sets, and fashion accessories must be returned in the same condition they were sent to you, with all original pieces included and earrings unworn. We cannot accept partial or broken jewelry sets, handbags, or fashion accessories for return or exchange. All shoes, apparel, lingerie and special accessories must also be returned unworn, in the original packaging and with original tags still attached. Please note that final sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. That's Vogue reserves the right to reject (and not return) items that do not adhere to this return policy.

That's Vogue offers three return options: (1) free return for That's Vogue e-store credit; (2) return for a refund in the original form of payment minus a $50.00 restocking fee per item or (3) free exchange for the same item in a different size (if available).
*Please note that any e-store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as e-store credit and will not be eligible for refund for cash or cheque.
Free return labels will be issued when requested. Returns may be dropped by mutual agreement in a centralized meeting point or you can schedule courier pick-up at TT Post at a cost of TTD30. Please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this will result in delays. Returns dropped at a TT Post may result in faster shipping times. TT Post local courier fee is non-refundable.

RISK OF LOSS/TITLE
The risk of loss and title for products purchased on the Site or through the That's Vogue Services passes to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier. Replacement of products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation. We will adjust your account at our discretion as well as a refund may be issued without requiring a return.
ACCOUNT CONFIDENTIALITY AND ACCESS
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account, all activities occurring under your Account and all access to and use of the That's Vogue Services by anyone using your Account, whether or not such activities and access are actually authorized by you, including but not limited to all communications, transactions and obligations. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. That's Vogue shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorized use, access or any other breach of security of your Account, including but not limited to your member sign-in password and email address. You acknowledge and accept that your use of the That's Vogue Services is in compliance with these Terms of Service. You further acknowledge and accept that That's Vogue shall have no obligation to investigate the authorization or source of any Account activity, including purchase activity following a proper log-in to this Site or any That's Vogue Services, which is defined as a matching and current member sign-in and user password. You shall notify That's Vogue immediately of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other unauthorized use of any That's Vogue Services.
You agree that That's Vogue may, without prior notice, immediately terminate, limit your access to or suspend your Account based on any of the following: (a) breach or violation of these Terms of Service; (b) unforeseeable technical or security issues or problems; or (c) fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity, or any other activity which That's Vogue believes is harmful to its business interests.
